ZURI ZANZIBAR

In Swahili, the native language of Zanzibar, Zuri means beautiful, and it is an apt description for this resort that is so unique. The hotel boasts its own private spice garden which is one of a kind in the area and, with its enormous tropical park, you will be able to enjoy the breeze while taking a walk through the carefully selected trees and flowers that make this resort so special. The bungalows and villas have been thoughtfully placed around the resort, hidden amongst the greenery, to ensure absolute privacy and all have been fitted with an outdoor shower and a large terrace. With one of the largest lagoons on the island, the white powdery sand and the incredible colours of the Indian Ocean, it is the perfect place to sit back and create memorable "zuri" moments.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation faces West and the majority of the 56 bungalows, suites and villas offer stunning views over the ocean whilst just a few bungalows offer a partial ocean view or are located amongst the tranquil tropical gardens.
Award winning interior designers Jestico+Whiles have combined beautiful and elegant interiors with a unique African flavour which includes local artworks.

Bungalows (Size: 66m²)
Designed to provide the ultimate in coziness, the bungalows are equipped with a mix of contemporary and curated local furniture and decorated with a range of African artwork.
The outdoor showers complement the gleaming modern bathrooms indoors and the large private terraces provide an extended area that is ideal as an outdoor living room.

Jacuzzi Bungalows (Size: 66m²)
Feature a private jacuzzi on the lower level with splendid garden views.

Jacuzzi Suites (Size: 132m²)
These Suites combine indoor refinement and outdoor vegetation, offering privacy within the lush garden.
There is a separate bedroom and living area, a private jacuzzi and a partial ocean view with semi-private beach access.

Ocean Front Suite (Size: 132m²)
Located just a step away from the beach, these Suites offer uninterrupted views of the stunning Indian Ocean
They feature a separate bedroom and living areas and have a jacuzzi on the deck and have access to a semi private VIP beach.

2 Bedroom Garden Villa (Size: 317m²)
The Garden Two Bedroom Villa is ideal for families or a group of friends. Hidden in its own private garden with partial views of the Indian Ocean and the beautiful sunset, the villa is very spacious with a lot of outside space that includes a large terrace with dining corner and relaxation area as well as a private jacuzzi(195 x 199 x 79 cm).

Maisha
Decorated in a chic African style, Maisha has a casually upbeat setting with an easy African vibe, and is the perfect venue for enjoying the ocean views.
Guests can enjoy its one and only fusion cuisine that mixes Southern European and Indian Ocean cuisine throughout the day, and, upon reservation, typical Middle Eastern and Omani food for dinner under the pool’s pergola.
