Deluxe Ocean View Rooms (Size: 70m²)
Located on the ground or first floor with a fantastic ocean view.
Deluxe Ocean View rooms have one king bed and one sofa bed, ideal for couples or small families. The private bathroom, with shower and bathtub separated, offer a set of selected products coming directly for theHealing Earth SPA. With Deluxe Ocean view you will be able to enjoy amazing Zanzibar sunsets from the privacy of our own veranda.

Suites (Size: 90m²)
Located just a few steps from the beach and main facilities.
These rooms combine the luxury and comfort of a prime location. Ideal for ocean lovers and for those who want to fully enjoy Zanzibar. All Suites feature spacious bedrooms with king size bed, a cosy sitting area with 2 sofa beds ideal for families. The bathroom is beautifully decorated with Italian mosaic and well furnished with selected products.

5 Suites with Pavilion (Size: 90m²)

These rooms combine the luxury and comfort of a prime location. Ideal for ocean lovers and for those who want to fully enjoy Zanzibar. All Suites feature spacious bedrooms with king size bed, a cosy sitting area with 2 sofa beds ideal for families. The bathroom is beautifully decorated with Italian mosaic and well furnished with selected products. On the front side of  these suites an exclusive pavilion has been built.

3 Luxury Beach Villas (Size: 200m²)
Located directly on the beach with a complete ocean view. 3 Luxury villas represent the 3 souls of Gold Zanzibar: The Arab, The African and The Italian. Each offer 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a beautiful private pool with direct access to the beach. The exterior of the villa consists of a wide veranda with Jacuzzi and a private tent on the beach.
To underline the concept of Luxury a private butler service is provided to satisfy our guests every need. The beach villas represent the true example of luxury and comfort for high-ended guests, beach lovers or families.

Jungle Villas (Size: 200m²)
Located in a private area in the middle of a tropical garden. Jungle villas are the newest accommodation, built to offer the most exclusive stay in Zanzibar. Following the concept of extreme privacy, it offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms an open-air living room and a private pool for those who love to enjoy 5 Star facilities in the comfort of their room.
As a value add a Private Butler service is available to help and assist guests. Jungle villas are perfect for VIP, privacy lovers and families.

Meal Plan
The resort operates on a Half Board basis with the option to upgrade to Full Board, All Inclusive and a Gourmet Meal Plan.

Full Board includes:

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner in Kilimanjaro Restaurant and 20% discount in the "à la carte” Gold Restaurant.
• Soft drinks included at breakfast and 2 litres of water per day in each room.

All Inclusive includes:

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Kilimanjaro Restaurant.
• A 20% discount for dinner in the a la carte Gold Restaurant.
• Afternoon tea with pastries and snacks served at the Bar (17h00 – 18h00).
• Water, fresh juices, soft drinks, local beers, selected house wine, cocktail list, American coffee, espresso, cappuccino and tea (10h00 – 23h00).
• Mini bar (replenished once daily).
• Non motorised water sports (stand up paddle and canoe)
• One sunset cruise per stay (subject to a minimum stay of 4 nights)

Gourmet Meal Plan includes:

Kilimanjaro Restaurant
The Kilimanjaro Restaurant is Gold Zanzibar’s main dining room under the characteristic Zanzibar Makuti roof. With special live cooking corners guests can witness food freshness and cooking standards. From breakfast to dinner Italian, French, Mauritian and local cuisine is available.
Open for Breakfast (07h30 – 10h00), Lunch (12h00 – 15h00) and Dinner (19h30 – 22h00).

Gold Restaurant
The stylish Gold à la carte Restaurant is an exclusive restaurant, only accessible upon reservation for dinner, where you will find a delicate food selection served à la carte. The executive chefs will surely not fail to surprise you with the exotic flavours of a rich menu based on fresh fish and local spices. The lunch and all-day Bistro menu offers something for everyone combining Zanzibarian ingredients and international specialties.

Sultan Bar
Sultan Bar is the perfect location to enjoy pre and after dinner cocktails in an elegant setting with the background of live music.

The bar on the beach in Zanzibar is a favourite with Gold’s guests.
The bar offers a fresh snack assortment and a light meal selection, which can be served on the beach and brought to you directly under the umbrella.

Qualified therapists and their expert hands will regenerate body and spirit. Select an incredible array of pampering options including holistic journeys with raw ingredients, massage rituals that will relax, destress and revitalize muscles, as well as facial ceremonies to stimulate, hydrate and balance the skin. All of the products employed at the spa are free from synthetics and colouring additives, and none are tested on animals. Packaging is biodegradable and recyclable, in line with the natural approach of our hotel’s spa centre by the South African premium brand Healing Earth.
