VERANDA PAUL & VIRGINIE HOTEL & SPA

Paul & Virginie were lovers. When Virginie drowned on the sailing ship Saint Geran off the North East Coast during a cyclone, Paul was so devastated that he died shortly thereafter of a broken heart. The story of these star crossed lovers was immortalised by JH Bernardin de Sainte-Pierre in 1787 and has become a definition of true love. And so has Veranda Paul & Virginie. ZANZIBAR BAY RESORT

The 4 star Zanzibar Bay Resort was built in 2019 and is located directly on the beach at Marumbi on Zanzibar’s east coast. The resort shares facilities with Paradise Beach Resort. Highlights include two large infinity pools, one with a tropical island and pool bar and the other offers a suitable depth for diving courses, and then there is the magical jetty stretching out into the Indian Ocean with a bar at the end.

REEF & BEACH RESORT

The 4 star Reef & Beach Resort enjoys a seafront location with 600 metres of beach on Zanzibar’s South East coast near the village of Jambiani. The turquoise lagoon is protected by coral reefs, the white beach is broad and flat and the tidal differences of up to 4 metres twice a day offer constantly changing ocean views. High tide is ideal for swimming whilst the shallow waters of low tide put the coral reef with walking distance.
